The Falls Restaurant & Bar (The Falls R&B) serves delicious Jamaican cuisine at affordable prices! Nestled in the green hills of Manchester, our guests are able to enjoy dishes such as jerked chicken, pork, escovitch fish, soups, salads, wraps, cocktails, natural fruit juices, and desserts – all within a relaxed setting on the beautiful grounds of the SJB campus.

Meals are made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients including crops, meat cuts and processed meat products produced by the school’s very own arable and livestock farms as well the Bosco Meat Shop. The Falls R&B’s landscape is a nature-lover’s paradise. Bursting with the beauty of various ornamental plants and greenery, it houses an outdoor seating area located next to an open bar and a visually striking waterfall carved out of a large rock formation.

The Falls is more than a bar and restaurant ...

This thriving social enterprise is more than a bar and restaurant — it’s a hands-on training ground. Students enjoy a unique opportunity to learn and work on the same campus through our business enterprises.

In collaboration with the HEART/NSTA Trust, St. John Bosco Vocational Training Centre offers hands-on, industry-aligned training in animal husbandry, agriculture, meat cutting & processing, and culinary arts. These programmes are designed to prepare you for real-world success — both on campus and beyond.

Students enjoy a unique opportunity to learn and work on the same campus through our business enterprises — most notably St John Bosco Falls and Bar Restaurant,  Bosco Meats, Catering, Farm and our on-campus Butcher Shop and other social enterprise. Here, students raise livestock, produce premium cuts, and serve real customers — gaining valuable experience from farm to fork.

Whether you’re starting fresh or upgrading your skills, Bosco provides a clear, supported path to certification and employment.
